This project involved the construction of a purpose-built industrial facility for United Fasteners, incorporating a high-clearance warehouse supported by structural steel framing and precast concrete panels to meet heavy-duty operational demands.

The development includes two-level office areas, staff amenities, and a customer-facing showroom finished with high-quality materials and glazing. External works delivered a fully serviced site with car parking, heavy-duty pavements, landscaping, and integrated electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and fire services, resulting in a complete and functional industrial environment.
