The facility was designed to support the client’s fabrication and welding operations, requiring a durable and highly functional industrial environment tailored to manufacturing workflows and heavy equipment handling.

The warehouse layout prioritised operational efficiency and flexibility, providing clear-span working areas and practical circulation throughout the facility.
