Design and construction of three facilities. 

Facility one entailed, Warehouse of 800 Square Meters, Ground floor, Office of 125 Square Meters and 150 Square Meters for the first floor Mezzanine. On the subsequent two lots this included a Warehouse of 700 square meters plus 400 square meters of office space and another Warehouse of 1000 square meters plus 400 square meters of office space.
