The complex design and detail required thorough care to be taken in the planning and construction. Features of the building include a suspended slab with a concrete formed stair in shape of an ‘L’. Rossiter Constructions worked with Orchard Manufacturing throughout the project to continuously problem solve the design and build, ensuring maximum value and minimum cost. This high-quality detail was achieved thanks for Rossiter’s pre-construction planning, clear communication with the architect and client and experience developed over numerous years in the commercial construction industry.
