Developed for a property developer client, this project involved the design and construction of a modern office and warehouse facility at 122 Indian Drive, Keysborough. The development was carefully planned to balance large-scale operational functionality with contemporary commercial presentation.

The facility incorporates a 3,190sqm warehouse and 684sqm office component, designed to support efficient day-to-day industrial operations while providing high-quality administrative and staff environments. Two dedicated truck loading bays and a large external steel canopy were integrated into the design to improve loading efficiency, vehicle access, and all-weather operational capability.

Construction included extensive warehouse infrastructure and commercial finishes, incorporating precast concrete wall panels, Colorbond wall cladding, acoustic office ceilings, landscaped external areas, and integrated staff amenities. The site also included underground water tanks, secure fencing, motorised gates, and coordinated service infrastructure to support long-term operational performance.

The completed development delivers a robust and highly functional industrial asset, combining operational efficiency, accessibility, and modern office accommodation within Melbourne’s growing south-east industrial corridor.
