Delivered for Pasino Investments, this project involved the redevelopment and expansion of an existing industrial facility at Henderson Road, Rowville. The works combined new construction with refurbishment and demolition activities to improve operational functionality and modernise the overall site for Crystal Home Concepts.

The scope included the construction of a new double-storey office, warehouse office areas, warehouse extensions, external paving works, and demolition of an existing office structure, alongside associated make-good works and site integration.

Careful coordination was required to integrate the new and existing building elements while maintaining site functionality throughout construction. The redevelopment was designed to improve operational efficiency, circulation, and workplace amenity, creating a more contemporary and adaptable industrial environment.

The completed development delivers a practical and upgraded industrial asset, combining expanded warehouse capability with improved office accommodation and long-term functionality within an established industrial precinct.
