This project involved the construction of a substantial industrial facility for Standard Access, one of Australia’s leading providers of vertical access and hoisting solutions. The development was tailored to support the client’s manufacturing, servicing, and operational requirements within a growing logistics and industrial precinct.

At the core of the project is a 4,800sqm warehouse, designed to accommodate large-scale equipment handling and internal operations. The integration of an inbuilt crane system was a key feature, requiring careful structural coordination to support lifting capacity while maintaining clear-span functionality across the warehouse floor.

The site also incorporates extensive hardstand areas, enabling efficient vehicle movement, storage, and operational flexibility. The overall layout prioritises accessibility, circulation, and durability, ensuring the facility performs effectively under high-use industrial conditions.

The completed facility delivers a highly functional, purpose-driven asset, aligned with the operational demands of a specialised industrial user while supporting long-term scalability and performance.
