Positioned within Melbourne’s growing western logistics corridor, this project involved the delivery of a contemporary warehouse and distribution facility for KBY Developments, purposefully designed to accommodate the operational requirements of Pets Own.

The facility was configured to support high-volume storage, product handling, and distribution operations associated with the pet food and pet care industry, with careful consideration given to warehouse functionality, accessibility, and efficient vehicle movement throughout the site. Pets Own is an Australian-owned pet nutrition brand specialising in natural pet treats, supplements, and lactose-free pet milk products distributed nationally.

Integrated office and staff amenity areas were incorporated to create a practical and efficient workplace environment, complementing the operational warehouse component. The site layout prioritised circulation, loading access, and operational flexibility to support ongoing logistics and distribution demands.

The completed development delivers a high-quality industrial asset tailored to the needs of a nationally recognised pet products brand, combining operational efficiency with long-term commercial functionality.
