The project at Dalgety Street, Preston included the construction of a two-storey childcare facility for Goodstart Early Learning, incorporating six activity rooms, each supported by dedicated amenities and shared staff facilities.

A key feature of the development is the landscaped outdoor deck positioned on the first floor, providing additional play space and enhancing the overall functionality of the centre. The building utilises a combination of concrete construction and prefabricated pod systems to efficiently deliver compliant and purpose-driven internal environments.

The design balances operational requirements with user-focused planning, resulting in a practical and well-integrated early learning facility.
