Rossiter was engaged to reimagine an ageing two-storey office and warehouse into a refined, three-storey commercial facility. The project required careful integration of new structural elements with the existing building fabric, ensuring compliance with current building standards while maintaining operational efficiency.
The scope included a full internal upgrade and extension, incorporating a vertical circulation core with a new lift and shaft, alongside the installation of a Klaus automated stacking car parking system to maximise site utility. External works refreshed the building’s presence, while internal reconfiguration delivered a more flexible and functional workspace environment.
Delivered within a constrained urban footprint, the project demonstrates Rossiter’s ability to unlock value in existing assets through intelligent design coordination, precise construction, and a focus on long-term performance.
