Delivered under a design and construct model, this project involved the development of two office and showroom warehouse facilities, each approximately 2,700sqm, with expansive showroom components of around 2,300sqm. The design supports a combination of operational efficiency and strong customer-facing presence.
Site preparation was a critical component, with works undertaken to meet Melbourne Water flood level requirements. This required significant bulk earthworks and careful coordination to ensure compliance while maintaining buildability across the site.
Construction progressed during the COVID-19 period, requiring proactive programming and coordination to maintain momentum and minimise disruption.
