Delivered for SNF (Australia) Pty Ltd, part of the global SNF Group and one of the world’s leading manufacturers of organic coagulants and synthetic flocculants, this project involved the construction and extension of a highly specialised industrial processing facility.

The development was designed to support the manufacture and handling of water-soluble polymers used across water, effluent, and sludge treatment applications. Extensive operational and safety requirements shaped the project, with works incorporating Acrylamide production areas, reactor platforms, laboratory spaces, control rooms, and supporting processing infrastructure.

Additional components included substation enclosures, above-ground storage bunding, containment pits, and dedicated truck unloading areas, all carefully integrated to support safe handling, storage, and operational efficiency within a hazardous industrial environment.

The completed facility delivers a robust and highly technical processing plant tailored to the client’s specialised manufacturing operations, with a strong focus on compliance, containment, and long-term operational performance.
