This project comprises the development of a modern multi-level childcare facility for Pomeroy Pacific, created to meet the growing demand for early learning services within Melbourne’s rapidly expanding eastern metropolitan corridor. Positioned within the vibrant Box Hill activity centre, the development provides a high-quality educational and care environment tailored to urban families and working professionals.

The project incorporates purpose-built childcare and kindergarten facilities across multiple levels, featuring thoughtfully designed learning spaces, indoor activity areas, administration and staff amenities, kitchen and service areas, and secure parent drop-off provisions. A key feature of the development is the inclusion of elevated outdoor playgrounds and recreational spaces, carefully integrated into the building design to maximise usability, safety, and access to natural light within the high-density urban setting.

Architecturally, the building presents a contemporary commercial façade that complements the evolving Box Hill skyline while creating a welcoming and engaging environment for children, educators, and families. The design prioritises child safety, accessibility, operational efficiency, and compliance with modern childcare standards, while also incorporating durable materials and sustainable design principles suited to long-term operation.
