The development involved the construction of an office and warehouse facility incorporating a concrete slab, structural steel framing, and external cladding. The warehouse includes high-clearance space, motorised roller shutter doors, and LED high-bay lighting, while the office component provides internal fitout with amenities, kitchen facilities, and air conditioning.

The project also includes full electrical, hydraulic, and fire services, with a connected sprinkler system, alongside external works such as paving, drainage, and service infrastructure. A 20kW solar system was integrated to support energy efficiency, delivering a practical and well-serviced industrial outcome.
