The development at 183–185 Canterbury Road, Bayswater North involved the construction of a dual warehouse and office facility across a substantial site. The project delivers approximately 4,697 sqm of total building area, including two warehouses (1,570 sqm and 2,195 sqm), supported by office and showroom components.

Each warehouse is designed for functionality and operational efficiency, incorporating high-clearance internal spaces, dedicated loading bays, and integrated ground and first floor office areas. Showroom spaces are positioned to provide a customer-facing interface, while maintaining separation from warehouse operations.

The site layout includes extensive car parking, heavy-duty pavements, and service access, with a total of 72 car spaces and multiple loading zones supporting day-to-day logistics. The development required careful planning of circulation, access, and building placement to maximise site efficiency and usability.
