This project comprises two office/showroom warehouses, each approximately 2,700 sqm, including 2,300 sqm of showroom space. Rossiter Constructions managed the design and construction, addressing site elevation challenges to meet Melbourne Water’s flood level requirements. Despite industry challenges, the project was successfully delivered, marking a significant development in the area.
